Our History
Established in 1981, the Santi Tuberculosis Control Society was born out of a collective desire to address the growing tuberculosis epidemic in South 24 Parganas. Since then, we have tirelessly worked to provide quality care, education, and training to individuals and families affected by tuberculosis in our community. Over the years, we have faced challenges such as limited resources and societal stigma, but our commitment to our mission has never wavered.
Throughout our journey, we have achieved significant milestones, including the establishment of free treatment facilities and a complete diagnostic infrastructure to ensure timely and effective care for patients. Our partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, and international stakeholders have allowed us to expand our reach and impact on the fight against tuberculosis. We have been recognized for our innovative approach to tuberculosis control and our dedication to creating a healthier community for all.
